ENTRY:
Entry will be opened on October 11, 2016. Entry closing date is Monday November 7, 2016 at 18.00 at Finnish time or as soon as 200 cats are entered, whichever is sooner. No cancellations. It is possible to change or update cats information till entry closing date. Entry must be paid.

Cat Fanciers of Finland is not responsible for misdirected or lost entries. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure receipt of entry by the Entry Clerk prior to the closing of the show. Entry clerk will confirm your entry in 3 days, if you don't hear anything about entry clerk, send your entries again. Please, enter your cat in time to avoid any problems.

Royal Canin is sponsoring TRN for every NON-CFA registered cat, which is entered into Championship or Premiership. Note entry clerk that you are willing to have TRN for your cat. Before Entry Clerk can award a TRN for your cat, she needs to have TRN form and copy of 4-generation pedigree.

* NOTE about Payment at the door: Exhibitors who are from countries where Euro is not used as a local currency (eg Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, UK, USA) may pay their entry fees at check in at show hall on Saturday morning without any additional fees.

NOTE: Please do not leave the show hall until the advertised closing hours. The entrance door will be kept closed during the adveritised times and no cat may leave the show hall before advertised closing time. Show Manager is not allowed to make exceptions for this due the rules of Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center.

Hotell Ava is a low budget hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. The room prices are only 49€ reg room, Studio room (with kitchenette) 61€ and have apartments also.

Helsinki Fair Center is easy to reach from down town Helsinki by train (Fair center is the first stop from Helsinki main railways station. Stop: Pasila). There are many suitable hotels nearby at Helsinki main railway station. You may check availebility from:

SANITARY REQUIREMENTS
This is a non-vetted show, but vaccinations will be checked at check in, so bring your vaccination records with you. No kittens under 4 months of age will be allowed in the show hall. Proof of age must be presented upon the request of the show manager. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall are inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formely known as feline distempter or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry.

Under current CFA show rules, show management reserves the right to have any cat showing signs of illness, disease or parasites removed from the show hall, in order to protect other cats in the show. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. De-clawed cats are not eligible for entry. All household pet entries over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered.

Please note that according the Finnish animal protection law, cat must have litter box and water bowl all the time in cage. Official inspection veterinar will be doing checkings and veterinarian has the right to remove the cat from the show hall if law is not followed.

IMPORTING CATS TO FINLAND
Finland is having the same importing regulations as rest of the Europe. Check current importing regulations from Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira: http://www.evira.fi/portal/en/ (Animals -> Import and Export)

CAGES
Single cage size is (HWD) 56 x 65 x 65 cm. Double cage space is maximum of 65 x 130 cm if you provide your own double cage. No more than one cat or two kittens may be benched in a single cage.

SEATS
There are no free seats available. Bring your own seats or you have an option to have rental chair. Rental Chair is 10.00€ per weekend and it must be booked in advance, latest on October 31, 2016. Use Cat Fanciers of Finland own form to reserve seat.

CAT LITTER
There will be cat litter available at show hall.

ENTRANCE
Entry is from door 4.2 (see the map below). Door is open only during the check in times and you will need a special passport to get through doors. This special passport will be given to you during check in, which is right after you have walked through the door. According the rules of Helsinki Fair Center only one person per one cat is allowed (=1 special passport = 1 cat).

PARKING
It is not allowed to park outside the door 4.2 but you can unload your car there. Parking is allowed only at Parking lot, which is on the otherside of the building. Follow the Parking lot signs. There is a fee about parking the car.

FOOD
There are several small restaurants available. Exhibitor's club is located on the second floor right next to the main door at lobby.

EXTRA
Show is going to be part of Lemmikkimessut.
At the same time there will be ELMA Countryside Fair, Forest Fair, Handcraft Fair and OutLet Expo. CFF exhibitors are free to visit all these fairs.
